At ElectroComps.in, we value our customers and aim to provide high-quality electronic components and DIY kits. This Return and Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds are accepted. Please read carefully before making a purchase.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
Products must remain in their original, unused condition, with all packaging and accessories intact.
Returns will not be accepted for electronic components that have been soldered, desoldered, short-circuited, or damaged due to improper handling. (All items are tested before shipping).
DIY kits must include all original parts, manuals, and accessories when returned.
Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
Contact our support team at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective upon arrival.
Replacement/Exchange: If eligible, a replacement will be shipped within 5–7 business days after receiving the returned item.
Refund Process
After the returned product is received and inspected:
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refund or return:
Customized or special-order products.
Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
